Mares requiring additional assistance during foaling, maiden mares, high risk pregnancies and worried mare owners are
able to bring their mares to Equistar Veterinary Services for us to foal out their mares. We use the foal alert system, video
surveillance and our resident vet to ensure the best possible outcome for you; your mare and your foal. We attend every foaling!!
Cost: $24 mare care per day (includes daily assessments)

Plus additional charges for dystocia, retained placenta and/ or any additional treatments
or procedures required.
